Michael Lysaght

Michael Lysaght has served as WW’s Chief Digital Officer since August 2019, leading their digital transformation and product organizations. Before this role, he served as WW’s Chief Technology Officer from September 2016 to July 2019, WW’s SVP of Digital Product Engineering from September 2014 to September 2016 and as Interim CTO from April 2016 to September 2016. Prior to joining WW, Mr. Lysaght spent almost six years at SecondMarket (now Nasdaq Private Market), a platform providing liquidity solutions for private companies, most recently as SecondMarket's Vice President of Engineering/Head of Technology. Prior to joining SecondMarket, Mr. Lysaght was an Independent Consultant working for a variety of startups, telco’s (would spell out) & financial institutions. Mr. Lysaght has a B.S. in Computer Science from University College Cork, Ireland.
