Lou Allen

Lou started her career in sound in 1998 when she joined GCRS as receptionist working her way up to Bookings Manager and Studio Manager, learning everything in sound production there is to know on the way.

She joined Factory in 2007 with a wealth of sound knowledge and now as Head of Production continues to oversee the day to day running of the studios and nurture the team. She has always had a fascination in how music and sound can evoke an emotion and is proud to have audio produced everything from a 5” ident to a full feature film.
