Levan Lepsveridze

My name is Levan Lepsveridze and I am the co-founder of creative digital agency Leavingstone based in Tbilisi, Georgia. We are the largest creative agency in the country, 100 employees and counting. Leavingstone has demonstrated tremendous success in just eight years of its existence. Under my creative leadership Leavingstone has earned 141 awards on international advertising festivals, including Cannes Lions (two years in a row), Eurobest, London International Award, ADCE, Epica, Webby (two years in a row), Golden Drum and other Eastern European festivals, making us the most awarded agency in Georgia.

I got into advertising with the motive of creating an environment where creative people would have the opportunity to enable their potential. Hoping that like gravitational field this creative space would pull every brilliantly talented Georgian on its orbit. This yearning stems from my strong belief in creativity and its role in making the world a better place.

Besides passionate creative work, I’ve been involved in business and branding consultancy services, providing guidance for small and medium sized businesses under Asian Development Bank project. I try to take my part in teaching marketing basics. From 2013 around 2000 business owners have attended my lectures.

I’m often invited to be an inspirational speaker and marketing lecturer at universities. Currently, I’ve been called to be a leading lecturer at Free University of Tbilisi, where I will be teaching marketing. Beyond that, I’m asked to be a jury member and a speaker at advertising festivals, including New York Festival, Golden Hammer, Kiev International Advertising Festival, White Square and etc.
