Biography

Ana started her career at Mother in 2007 as an intern. Over the last 11 years, she has risen rapidly through the agency's creative ranks with husband Hermeti, and in 2015 were appointed as Mother’s first ever Executive Creative Directors in its 22 year history, before also becoming Partners in 2017. During her time at Mother, Ana has created culturally impactful work for all of the agency's major clients, including KFC, IKEA and Greenpeace, and before being appointed as ECD, was the global creative director on Stella Artois. Together, Ana and Hermeti oversee all of Mother's creative output, including IKEA's much lauded 'The Wonderful Everyday' work, which saw the brand named 2016 & 2017’s Creative Marketer of the Year by Campaign Magazine. They also work to ensure Mother uses its creative powers for good, steering projects like #FreetheFeed; an initiative to break down taboos around breastfeeding in public. In 2018, the creative duo were ranked amongst the top 3 creative leaders in the UK according to Campaign magazine.
